That Cruel Hands
Just when i began to accept how life path was planning just the way it is,
the cruel hands of reality slapped me harder than before,
And awake me back to cruelity once again.

Run.. Forrest.. Run..
With upcoming IPPT & ICT (In-Camp Training) in May,
I've decided to proclaim April as Sports cum Training month.
But Aging really affect much in term of stamina and mental.
I'm saying this as an untraining personnel.
Doing that over-struggled running on tuesday,
left me having cramps on my Gastrocnemius aka Calf.
To be exact, it's on Both.. and it's a serious muscle cramps on Both Calf.
It's a BAD sign,
meaning i haven't been training on a frequent basis.
But on a contrary, It's a Good sign,
meaning that the training i did was doing its job.
Oh well, other than the part of keeping myself fit,
it's also about getting that extra $400 bucks, that could well depend if i could get my ass on an SQ flight to Perth, Australia.
The thought of squeezing my small gluteals and freaking long legs on a 4hrs plus journey in a budget flight,
i could get myself another cramps even without leaving my seat.
Regards to Sports month,
I also did Competitive Soccer, Amateur Soccer League in Singapore.
It's been years since i stepped onto the pitch
and it's a great feeling having "butterflies" in my stomach before the game start.
The tense and atmosphere of doing the right thing at the right time at the right speed,
just got back memories of youth soccer in my old body.
I didn't played through-out the match and only as a sub.
It's good enough. Enough for a day.
Okie,
Enough of the bulls & shit.
Oh ya... it's "LIVE" telecast on Miss Singapore Universe.
It's no "whoo-ahh" matter and TRUST me... now it's all pre-planned.
It's 830pm now.
The result's not out yet..
BUT... TRUST me...
Jessica TAN of no.7 gonna win this bloody contest.
Bloody MSU, bloody pre-planned event.
Waste my time, I rather watch LAME REPEATED movie by channel 5 than this S**T.
